Spring is in the air, and around my house that means an abundance of fresh basil! I can’t help putting it in everything, including my dessert. That’s how I created this delicious, aromatic lemon basil cake. Topped with cream cheese icing, it has an almost savory flavor. Have I eaten it for breakfast with my coffee? Yes.
